Thank you for shopping with Kittie Killz Corp and supporting our mission to help hungry, homeless cats get the care they deserve. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship your orders.
Order Processing
All orders are held until payment has fully cleared on our end. This is a firm policy to ensure transaction security for all parties. Once payment is confirmed, your order is submitted to our fulfillment team. You will receive a confirmation email at that time.
Processing typically takes 2–5 business days after payment clears, not including weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times after fulfillment:
Standard Shipping (US): 5–8 business days
Expedited Shipping (US): 2–3 business days
International: 10–21 business days (varies by destination)
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to carrier issues, customs, or weather are outside our control.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use it to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Kittie Killz Corp is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact your local carrier and check with neighbors. Reach out to us and we'll do our best to assist.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their country. These charges are not included in our pricing and are non-refundable.
