Refund Policy

At Kittie Killz Corp, we stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully.

Order Cancellations

Because orders are only submitted to our fulfillment team after payment has fully cleared, cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of your order confirmation email. Once an order has been sent to fulfillment, we are unable to cancel it.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for items that are:

Unworn and unwashed

In original condition with tags attached

Not marked as final sale

To initiate a return, email us at support@kittiekillzcorp.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
